Connectors and MySQL Utilities.

Dr. Lars Thalmann, MySQL Development Director, Oracle, is responsible
for the strategy and development of MySQL Replication, MySQL
Enterprise Backup, MySQL Connectors and MySQL Utilities. He leads the
corresponding engineering teams and has worked with MySQL development
since 2001, when he was a software developer working on MySQL Cluster.
Thalmann holds a doctorate in Computer Science from Uppsala
University, Sweden and is one of the authors of the book MySQL High
Availability, published by O'Reilly.
